Abuja-Kaduna Train Victims; Family Members Launched A Protest Outside Of Federal Ministry Of Transportation Headquarters

Family members of the kidnapped casualties of the Abuja-Kaduna train assault gathered outside the headquarters of Federal Ministry of Transportation on Monday, encouraging the government to safeguard the captured travelers from bandits.


This comes a day after the abductors, the terorist in camouflage, delivered a video whipping the male casualties and taking steps to kidnap President Muhammadu Buhari and Kaduna Governor Nasir El-Rufai.

As indicated by reports, relations of the casualties showed up at the service at 6 a.m today and have promised not to leave until the Federal Government bring back their friends and family members who were abducted.

They conveyed flags and bulletins with engravings like "Please Buhari help us", "#FreeKadunatrainattackvictims", "the casualties are passing on in bondage" and so forth.

Recall that on the 28th March, 2022,  Abuja-Kaduna train was attacked by suspected terrorist.

They killed nine of the people and kidnapped 60 of them.
No less than 20 of the casualties have been delivered in bunches after the ransome of N100m for each.

DailyTrust detailed that the beating of casualties by the bandits was set off by outrage regarding the bar of a ransome in return for a portion of the prisoners.

A casualty recorded in the video clip, Mukhtar Shuaibu, affirmed the bandits' embitterment over the bar of the ransome.

"We don't have any idea what offense we have focused on the government of this country. We were brought into the world in this country. We have been hanging around for 120 days, yet the government has not been able to safeguard us.

"What is our offense from this nation's point of view? A few of us were to be released as of late however security specialists impeded the entrance and would not allow our family members to come for us," he said.
