The Special Adviser on Drainage and Water Resources to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, Joe Igbokwe, has composed an open apology to Lagosians over the flood that desolated the state on Saturday, after a weighty deluge, causing loss of property among others.
In an statement on
Sunday, the SA, Igbokwe, apologized saying that the flood couldn't be
disengaged , as Lagos was a coastal city.
He said, "We recognize
the harm done by flood in Lagos yesterday and the misfortunes. We
